      It is very important to us that you understand the reason behind the time we spend resolving IT-related issues. Trust is everything in this business, as it is the nature of technology to change continuously. Our company has gone through the transition from typewriters to printers, and therefore understands the need to keep up with the times! While our IT staff stays current with the IT industry, with the almost infinite combination of software and hardware, it is impossible for any one person to know every detail of everything that could ever go wrong. As such, if we come across a problem we have never encountered before, we'll let you know and lay all the cards out on the table before we put any labor hours in. We take pride in our fairness!

      Along these lines we take steps necessary with our customers to prevent problems from ever occurring. Whether it be firewall protection, securing your passwords, or developing backup solutions, we can educate you on IT�s best practices and implement these solutions.

      We specialize in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Small Business server as well as Blackberry server, which, with remote access capabilities, will enable your employees to be just as productive while away from the office.

      RATES

      Remote service - $100 / hr, billed in 15 minute increments

      (Many issues can be taken care of by you providing us access to your computer via our secure internet connection)

      On-site service - $150 / hr, minimum charge 1 hour, then billed in 15 minute increments.
