What do I do if I want to cancel or amend my order?

How to Cancel or Amend Orders

If you choose to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us immediately at 718-845-2828 ext. 2. 

If your order has not already shipped, we will be able to cancel it and there will be no penalty.

If the order has already shipped, then you have two options:

1. You can refuse the order upon delivery and the item/s will ship back to our warehouse and a credit will be generated upon receipt, minus the cost for shipping.
2. If you have received/accepted the items, then you will be liable for all freight expenses necessary to have the order sent back to us. It is important to remember to insure your return shipment (in the event the freight company loses your shipment or it is damaged in shipment), we at A M Exclusive are not liable for returned shipments that are received in non-resalable condition or lost in shipment.  You must contact the freight carrier you chose and seek compensation from them directly.  Please note you will be liable to pay for items that were delivered and accepted by you, your staff/organization. We can only issue credit to you for items returned in resalable condition.
