In the event that you forget your password, click here to enter the client portal login screen and enter your e-mail address under the “Forgot Password” field and click “Retrieve Password”.
If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, kindly check your junk mailbox. The e-mail will come from no-reply@amexclusive.com.
After you log-in with the auto-generated password, you can update your password to one of your choosing by going to the “Edit Profile” tab.
