• Making sure their computer* & software (i.e., web browsers & Adobe Acrobat) are up to date with the latest security patches to prevent any holes in protection. 
• Blocking them from malicious websites that have high incidences of malware
• Best in class antivirus & antimalware software, along with proactive scanning & monitoring of alerts, to ensure the software is doing its job.
• Ensuring your employees can be productive by having their PCs run as fast as possible with a weekly optimization.

ESCALATION WORKFLOW to prevent your employees from going off & finding their own solution using company funds:

• When we come across an issue that requires new hardware, or a need that is outside of the scope of our plan, we will provide a quote to resolve the issue that either you can approve to pay with company funds, or tell us to seek approval from your employee (or a mixture of both).  This workflow will be customized to your needs.

NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT so that you can have the protections in place when you need it most and modify or cancel the contract as your company gets back to the office.
