When you put in a toner cartridge and the printer comes up with a 10.10 Supply Memory Error, this means there is a problem with the chip in your toner and we need to issue you a replacement. You can continue to use the toner until the replacement is received by pressing “OK” whenever the memory error comes up.
Login to our client portal and click on the tab for “toner returns” to request a replacement cartridge.
