I am on an auto-shipment program, what do I do if I had to use a supply labeled 'backup'?

If you are on one of our supply auto-shipment programs we ensure you always have at least one toner backup for each kind of toner that you use.

You should ONLY use a backup supply when you cannot find a toner labeled for a specific printer, or when you encounter a defective toner.

If any of these situations occur, kindly fill out this form to report the use of a backup toner and we will issue a replacement.
