Report the Use of a Backup Toner

When a toner needs to be changed, you should have a supply on hand labeled for the correct printer. 

If you DO NOT have a supply on hand, or you had a defective toner and you need to use a backup toner, please let us know so we can determine what happened and ship you a replacement.
