My prints are coming out dirty; do I have a defective supply?

This issue can arise from one of three problems...

When you print out a page and it looks like the one below, it is generally one of three things: either your toner supply has reached the end of life, you have a defective toner cartridge, or the machine’s fuser has failed.

In order to determine if you need a replacement cartridge, you should print out a supply status page first and verify that the toner is not empty. Click here for instructions on how to print a supply status page.

If you have confirmed that the toner is not empty, you should try putting in a different cartridge to see if the same issue appears.

If it does not, then you have a defective cartridge. Please login to our client portal and click on ‘return toners’ to receive a replacement cartridge.

If the same issue occurs, you likely have a fuser failure. Click here to request a technician to come onsite.
