How do I return item(s) that I ordered?

Items must be in fully resalable condition...

If your items are in fully resalable condition (no damage to or markings on the box), and have been ordered within a year and thus are under warranty, we are able to give you full credit.  Learn how to check if your items are still under warranty here. 
 
If your item(s) meet all of the above conditions, login to our client portal and click on the “toner returns” tab and fill in the information accordingly. 

If you do not have a login, please fill out this form to obtain a login.
