What is the return policy for supply orders?

Returns will be accepted based on the below criteria.  In addition to freight charges, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless your item is defective.

1. All items must be in resalable condition – this means they are sealed & in their original packaging with no markups or damage.

2. The items must be within their warranty period even if the item is defective. (A M Brand toners are warrantied up to 1 year from the purchase date. OEM Ink & Toners are warrantied up to 30 days from the purchase date.) 

If your item(s) meet all of the above conditions, login to our client portal and click on the “toner returns” tab and fill in the information accordingly.
