As we have found ourselves in these uncertain times, how we can best help our clients and our community is at the top of our minds. We are hoping & praying that this passes as soon as possible while keeping our eyes open for what we can learn. I was recently reminded of some truth spoken by Franklin D. Roosevelt which is reassuring still today – “we have nothing to fear but fear itself” – and it is what we will keep in mind going forward while following all the CDC recommended guidelines to limit the possible transmission of COVID-19.

As things are rapidly evolving, these measures are subject to change:

  • We are a technology support company so we fall within the 'essential business' classification and will remain open.  Our entire staff is set up to work remotely, and we will have limited staff in the office to perform necessary functions.

  • Our Print Division remains committed to helping you keep your printers & copiers running.  We will try to handle whatever we can remotely first, and schedule onsite visits as deemed necessary to keep our employees and your employees safe. Technicians are equipped with disinfectant wipes and will wipe down any equipment they work on before, and after the service is completed. If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who may have the virus, we ask that you reschedule any service appointments to a later date.
  • As an alternative to on-site visits, we can arrange for pick-ups of machines at front counters, shipping docks, or other designated areas, and return repaired devices to the same location. You can also drop machines off to our office located at 79-63 77th Avenue, Glendale, NY 11385
