What is the return policy for equipment orders?

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted based on the below criteria.  In addition to freight charges, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

1. All items must be in resalable condition – this means they are sealed & in their original packaging with no markups or damage.


2. The items must be within their warranty period, even if it is defective.  Equipment is warrantied up to 30 days from the purchase date.  After the initial 30 days, we can help you repair the equipment under manufacturer warranty.

If your item(s) meet all of the above conditions, please call 718-845-2828 ext. 2 to arrange for a return.  Otherwise call 718-845-2828 ext. 1 for warranty repair.
