What HP LaserJet printer & MFP models are too low-end to support?

HP manufactures some low-end laser printers & MFPs for which they do not provide parts, and thus we are unable to service them. 

If you have one of these models and it is less than a year old and thus still under warranty, you should call HP direct to request a replacement at 1-800-334-5144. If you have one of these models and it is out of warranty, there is no recourse – you must purchase a new machine – click here to request a quote.
