Contract Customers Get Priority Service

If we didn't live up to our Priority Service Guarantee - we want to know! 

We will review each case to make sure we can do better next time, and provide you with a $50 gift card to buy lunch for your team!  All we ask is that you notify us within 24 hours of the unsatisfactory service and before another service begins.


For customers with printer / copier contracts, we guarantee that a technician will be at your office within 8 business hours fixing your issue.

For customers with Managed IT / Phone contracts, we guarantee a technician will start working on a problem reported within 2 hours.

For Managed Print clients, our VIP Escalation will get you even faster response times for very important printers or very important people!  We want to help your IT staff look good, so upon request we will be able to provide a 4-hour reponse time or better up to once a month.

For Managed IT clients, we know from time to time needs come up that are more important, that's why upon request we will be able to have a technician working on a request within 30 minutes, up to once a month.


If a printer/copier/workstation/phone has a part on backorder from a manufacturer that doesn't let us to repair the machine within a day, we will provide you with a loaner device.
