1.  NEXT DAY OR BETTER RESPONSE TIME.

We staff our technicians to be able to accommodate a Next Day or Better Response Time, and our contract customers have a PRIORITY SERVICE GUARANTEE.

2.  FIRST VISIT FIX.

As much as possible, we want to have the part with us when we come the first time – that’s why we have service vans fully stocked with common parts.

3.  If the part isn't on hand, ship it overnight & RETURN THE NEXT DAY.

In the cases where we don’t have the part you need, we’ll ship it from one of our warehouses overnight and return the next day.

If you had another issue with the same machine within 30 days of us fixing it, we won't charge you labor for the return trip.  You won't be charged at all if it is the same part that is the issue.  If an additional part is necessary, we will bill you only for the part.

In addition, if you are ever dissatisfied with our service for ANY reason, call us and let us know.  We will work with you to correct or repeat the service at no additional charge, or arrange for another technician to repeat the service at no additional charge.  If this still does not resolve the issue your complete satisfaction, we will refund 100% of the money you've paid us.  All we ask is that you notify us within 72 hours of the unsatisfactory service and before another service begins.

We're prepared for those rare cases when manufacturers have backorders of parts with our inventory of loaner devices.  This ensures end-users have access to the features they need while the partis being procured.  For contract customers with a PRIORITY SERVICE GUARANTEE, this service is provided at no additional charge.
