We staff our technicians to be able to accommodate a Next Day or Better Response Time, and our contract customers have a PRIORITY SERVICE GUARANTEE.

 

2.  FIRST VISIT FIX.

As much as possible, we want to have the part with us when we come the first time – that’s why we have service vans fully stocked with common parts.

3.  If the part isn't on hand, ship it overnight & RETURN THE NEXT DAY.

In the cases where we don’t have the part you need, we’ll ship it from one of our warehouses overnight and return the next day.

If you had another issue with the same machine within 30 days of us fixing it, we won't charge you labor for the return trip.  You won't be charged at all if it is the same part that is the issue.  If an additional part is necessary, we will bill you only for the part.
